We install luxury vinyl tiles and planks to create timber- and stone-effect finishes in a range of laying patterns.

The commercial suitability of any range must be confirmed for the expected traffic and cleaning regime. A domestic design image is not evidence of a product’s commercial performance.

The setting-out makes the difference

Plank direction, borders, herringbone layouts and junctions influence the finished space. Consider the relationship with the room geometry, thresholds, fitted furniture and the neighbouring floor covering.

Patterned work benefits from a clear layout agreed before fitting. Measurements, waste allowances and material quantities need to follow the actual design and site conditions.

Preparation for a precise finish

Subfloor assessment and smoothing are central to a clean result. Existing finishes and adhesive residue may need removal; moisture and compatibility must be checked before specifying primer, levelling compound or adhesive.

Installation method depends on the chosen LVT system. Do not assume that click products, fully adhered planks and sheet vinyl share the same substrate or fitting requirements.
