Commercial vinyl may suit a range of working interiors, but the correct product depends on the intended use. Areas exposed to water, contaminants or particular operational demands require a specific assessment rather than a generic product choice.

Preparation and fitting

A smooth, sound and suitably dry base supports the finished appearance. Removing old adhesive, assessing moisture and selecting compatible preparation materials are important before laying a new sheet finish.

Setting out the sheets and planning seams can help coordinate the floor with doorways, fittings and the shape of a room. Installation method and adhesive must follow the chosen product guidance.

Welds, edges and transitions

We hot-weld sheet vinyl joints using matching rod where the chosen system requires it. We also consider perimeter details, changes of material and thresholds as part of the installation.

Choose the appropriate vinyl system

Sheet vinyl and luxury vinyl tiles serve different design and installation needs. For slip-risk environments, consider the safety-flooring specification separately. Bring the proposed use, cleaning regime and access requirements to the discussion so the choice can be assessed.
