Modular flexibility. A considered commercial finish.

A finish for working spaces
We supply and install contract stick-down carpet, carpet tiles and entrance matting for suitable commercial interiors, including offices and reception spaces.
Carpet format, texture, pile construction, colour and layout affect the feel of a room. Performance needs to be assessed using the current product specification rather than appearance alone.

Setting out the pattern
Tile direction and pattern can define circulation, introduce zones or create a quiet continuous field. Coordinate the setting-out with partitions, doorways, floor boxes and adjacent finishes.
Modular flooring can make future replacement practical, subject to product availability and installation method. It is sensible to discuss spare material and maintenance needs during specification rather than assume a matching range will always be available.
Subfloor and installation method
A sound, clean and suitably dry base is important for both tiles and broadloom carpet. Preparation and adhesive choice should follow the product and substrate requirements.
Contract stick-down and double-stick underfelt systems are different approaches. We consider the chosen carpet, substrate and installation requirements together when discussing the appropriate method.
Entrance areas and adjoining floors
We coordinate entrance matting, transitions and stair nosings with the main floor covering. Tell us about traffic, cleaning needs and changes in floor height so these details can be considered together.
